Fancy Nancy
Our littles love Fancy Nancy, and for us the “I Can Read” books allow them to clearly see what books they can use for practice. There are several of these books on clearance right now and worth a snag if you have beginning readers.
Fluffy Slime Kit
Every kid loves slime. I personally have been making slime for years with just borax and glue, but sometimes I don’t need a giant box of borax unless I’m making our laundry detergent mix. This keeps it easy and is a simple birthday party gift or activity to have on hand in the house…or outside of the house.

Pampers Aqua Pure Wipes
These are only 25% – 30% off…but that’s just as good as the Target get $20 for spending $100 deal, and they are awesome. I put these on here because we all know someone with a toddler or a baby on they way that could be blessed with a box of wipes. These are our favorites. I only splurge on them when I can get a deal. Bluey Guess Who
Our kids are just getting to the age where they are loving playing board games. Guess who was a favorite of mine growing up. I usually don’t love when classic games take on a theme, but this is one I can get behind and is now on the kids Christmas list at this price. It would be a good clearance birthday gift to have on hand for all those parties as well.

LCD Writing Tablets
We use these all the time. After too many experiences with my kids writing on the inside of my car, I’m purchasing a new set to keep in the backseat. I had these in my cart to see if they went down a little more. I know its not much, but 4 for less than $8 is a really good deal. The slimness makes them an easy take along for screen free play at restaurants, sports for siblings and car rides. Way easier than paper and crayons(but we still love those too).

How to Catch a Unicorn
We picked this for our second born. There are a bunch of the “How to catch a” on sale right now. I love a good book deal. These are so cute, and of course we love anything with unicorns or mermaids around here. I’m buying two and setting one aside as a future gift for another family.

The Barefoot Neighbor
So this guy taught me how to make Chicken and Dumplings quick and easy and my husband loves them. So does our baby! I love his spirit of giving and this sucker is on my wish list. I love that this book and the next are on sale. The Barefoot Neighbor has quick and easy meals for families. He takes the shame out of shortcuts and focuses on getting good food on the table. I’m a huge fan.

ADHD & Applesauce / Of Course It’s Good
Also on my list is Jessica! My bff and I have been watching her for years! Her homemade hamburger helper is awesome. I love that she doesn’t complicate things. Her aggressive tutorials are amazing (watch the language…especially when she tells you to wash your hands after handing raw meat), BUT her story and her spirit are just the best. I’m excited to have this on my shelf.

Disney Pajamas
These Disney Pajamas are randomly on clearance for our toddler crew. The Halloween ones seem to be the cheapest. However there are some Christmas Jammies for $8 as well. Poke around and see what you can fine. We purchased up a size for the boys on some of the Stitch and Mickey ones for the future.

Wooden Magnets
The girls did these with Munga (their grandma) this past spring, and they are obsessed with their artwork. I’m getting one of these as a rainy day activity or birthday gift for the oldest, and another one to go in my gift closet.

Halloween Children’s Place Shirts
I usually collect these after the season, but we went ahead and ordered the next size up for our two youngest monsters! Children’s Place and Carters are good for after holiday clearance, but we have had the best luck finding Children’s place toddler clothes for $2-4 an item. We love monsters in our house, so this was an easy pick for us!

Kids’ Knives
We have had these for almost 5 years. They are perfect for kids wanting to help in the kitchen. We used a bunch of them in our cooking classes at the camp I worked at as well. They cut fruit and veggies pretty well for plastic. I feel totally fine letting the three year old cut fruit at the table, and don’t fear that he will be missing a finger when I come back to him. They have bigger sets with other accessories, but these have worked out fine for us!
Play-Doh Tools
We got these on another Prime Day a few years ago, and they have stood the test of time! We prefer this tool set with the storage and some random cans of playdough over the sets that come with everything. We love the free imaginative play. We just restock the dough or make our own when it needs a refresh.

Axolotl Terrarium
Our kids have loved kits like these as gifts. They have them on their nightstands. I found these tiny garden ones that grow chia plants. I’m picking up a couple for the gift closet and stocking stuffers! Remember I have 4 small people in my home. They all have birthday parties for their classmates. That’s a lot of birthdays. Our gift closet saves me from the panic of gift buying, AND we save money overall by buying clearance toys ahead of time.
